Taste of Nepal 2019

Nepalese Student Association organized event in order to showcase and spread Nepalese culture to the general audience. In order to spread awareness of the Nepalese culture this night will be filled with cultural music, dance performances as well as a fashion show/skit. Each performance will showcase the diverse culture of Nepal and how the culture has changed over time. Our theme this year deals with the generational gap between Nepali immigrant parents and millennials raised in America today. Since our theme deals with the generation gap the fashion show will show case how the fashion has developed and changed over time.


Highly Skilled Immigrants in U.S. Universities

ALL members of the Mason community - students, faculty, and staff - are welcome to participate! Please consider displaying a flag, carrying an artifact, or wearing attire that represents your nationality, ethnicity, heritage, student organization, sorority or fraternity, residence hall, or other affiliation. This is a ceremony to showcase your country flags, cultural attire, and on-campus involvement at Mason. We will end the ceremony with a group dance and announcements of all of the represented groups in attendance. A light reception will follow. Click here to register.
