iWeek 2020 will take place Thursday, March 26 through Saturday, April 4. This form is for all iWeek events, Culture nights, department events, etc.
All departmental and RSO event submissions will be included in the online iWeek calendar and will be shared via social media (Twitter and Facebook). We will do our best to include events in printed materials (poster and postcards), but space is very limited.
The deadline for room allocations is Friday, December 20, 2019 at 11:59pm.
You will receive your event confirmation by the week of January 13, 2020.
